Why does Notes keep turning off the proxy settings in IE/Netscape?

In Notes, choose File/Mobile/EditCurrentLocation from the menu. Change the proxy settings to match your IE/Netscape settings. An alternative is to put "NoSyncInternetSettings=1" in your notes.ini file.

The problem is that Notes tries to set the proxy settings so that it can display IE within a Notes window.
