How hard is it to install the Nordleth Manik brushguard?

From Peter Nepo:

For the enthusiasts that requested that I post how easy/hard it is to install this brushguard from Nordleth. Well, last night, my nephew and I installed it, (ok,ok,ok he did all the grunt work, but I was supervisory) we started at 7 and finished by 10PM. It looks decent, but now that I have it installed, it seems to cover the front of the ML. Maybe when we install the foglights tonight it will look a lot better.

One thing to remember, when the instructions calls for not to tighten the bolts, follow it. That is when you can fine tune the install and then tighten it up when all adjustments are made. The install definitely needs two people with one very mechanically inclined. Guess which one is in this case? But it can be done!
