From Ed Fontana (mmit@sprintmail.com):

A small block of wood to use as a thimble and to get all eight fingers concentrated on a single corner of the front flap retainer clips made them *a breeze* :-)

A Makita Phillips bit and a 1/4" box end wrench worked great as a short blade screw driver for the rear flaps.

The clips themselves work great for scoring to locate the back retainer clips. Half way through this operation I discovered the wisdom in an old Yogi adage, "You can observe a lot just by watching." - there are clip reliefs molded right in to the rear bumpers! So properly locating the clips should become a non-issue.

Two fasteners are indeed missing from the dealer supplied kit. I think they are M6 locknuts. They require a 10mm open end wrench to tighten.
