As I suspected, it was more of a fire sale (you have to wonder w/ the small number of customers and the huge amount of money flushed...errr "invested" as mentioned in a previous blog entry).

Looks like the employees are going to get the shaft while Ozzie heads out w/ a big nest egg.  Some good news links from Duffbert and Ed Brill's blogs:

This should be a lesson for companies accepting "investments" by Microsoft...beware of strangers bearing gifts...
